DESPATCH DELAYS
** Regular trading is paused for a couple of months, due to personal commitments.**
It is no secret that running a small business has been difficult, mainly due to the ever increasing costs throughout all aspects of the business. To help with financing, I have been taking on costume related jobs since I opened A KIND CLOTH, resulting in some periods of time having to rely on delayed despatching with your orders. I am always truly grateful for your patience and understanding during these times.
An ongoing job commitment has since evolved, and due to the intense nature of the job, I will sadly be unable to run A KIND CLOTH at the same time for the next couple of months.
You will still be able to browse and shop online, but your orders will not be despatched until the 9th September when I should be back on A KIND CLOTH. Customer service will still be available via email during this period, though there may be delayed response times.
Orders placed after 2pm on Thursday 16th July will not be processed until Wednesday 9th September.
So if you need any sewing pieces for the summer, we recommend you place your orders now (before Thursday 16th July 2pm) to avoid disappointment.
I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this causes for you.
I fully appreciate your ongoing support, please know that these decisions are never easy to make.
