TAUKO Magazine No. 15
Published 15 April 2025

The latest issue of TAUKO magazine was released on the 15 April, and discusses the root of craft.

Blending nostalgic memories with the endless possibilities of modern tutorials and online learning, TAUKO No.15 explores the roots of sewing. This summer issue is filled with beautifully designed dresses, trousers, and shirts, each reflecting the unique journey of its creator and the inspirations that first brought them to sewing.

How do you learn to sew? It’s a question that sparks countless friendships in sewing circles. Whether it’s tracing Burda patterns, repurposing vintage designs, matching nightgowns made from checkered fabric, or learning from a grandmother’s knitted socks and an auntie’s handmade coat—our sewing stories shape who we are as makers.

TAUKO Magazine is an award-winning independent print and digital publication for home sewists worldwide. Featuring sewing patterns, interviews, columns, articles, and expert tips from international contributors, it connects craft, culture, and sustainability in every issue
