From Merchant & Mills, the 101 Trouser pattern is a gentle drawstring trouser with side pockets and a false fly, cut to sit on the waist. Features 3 versions – cropped & tapered trouser, wide straight trouser or shorts.
Skill level: Intermediate
There are 2 multi-size options available:
- a multi-size paper pattern including sizes 8-18.
- a multi-size paper pattern including sizes 20-28.
All seam allowances are 1.5cm unless stated otherwise and are included in the pattern.
Suggested fabrics: Linen, Linen blends, Tencel, Tencel/linen, 3-5oz Denims, Cotton Chambray, Indian Handweaves, Very Fine Wool or Corduroy.
You will also need:
- Matching Thread
- 2-2.5M x 13mm Cotton Webbing for drawstring
- 2 x Eyelets (optional)
- 13mm Elastic, Waist measurement plus overlap
