From Merchant & Mills comes this Ellsworth Top pattern.
An oversized, boxy shirt with a dropped back hem and half placket. Swingy and absurdly comfortable.
Skill level: Intermediate
There are 2 multi-size options available:
- a multi-size paper pattern including sizes 6-18.
- a multi-size paper pattern including sizes 18-28.
All seam allowances are 1.5cm unless stated otherwise and are included in the pattern.
Suggested fabrics: 3-6oz linen, cotton poplin, cotton lawn, cotton double gauze, Indian handlooms, cotton chambray, Tencel, hemp/cotton blends.
Do not choose anything too heavy, as the back is lower than the front it will pull down making it uncomfortable at the neck!
You will also need:
- Matching Thread
- 6 x 11-15mm Buttons
- 30cm Lightweight Interfacing
